Should you be joining our neighborhood and are in need of a resale packet, please have your Real Estate Agent contact the home owner who is selling. The selling home owner has access to the Owner's Area, where the resale package can be downloaded and provided to the real estate agent. Additionally, the Owner's Area provides contact information for Board members should there be questions or confirmations needed to assist in a smooth transition.
